Free flu vaccine available for children 6 months to 17 years of age.
The Health Department will not have available flu vaccine for adults 18 years of age and older.
This season only the injectable (flushot) will be available at the Health Department clinics.
An appointment is required no walk-ins will be accepted.
Important Clinic Information
All children will be required to wait a 15 minute observation period after receiving vaccination.
If a parent or guardian will not be bringing their child, they must send a written note giving the individual bringing the child authorization to have the child vaccinated.
A child younger than 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
The Health Department encourages individuals 18 years of age and older to contact their Healthcare Provider for a flu vaccine or visit one of the many community locations available to obtain a flu vaccine such as pharmacies and grocery stores.
