Local Health Improvement Action Plans Update: ACEs Work Group Hosts Parent Café

The Frederick County Health Care Coalition Board of Directors is hosting an evening presentation of the Local Health Improvement Action Plans on June 20, 2018 to present updates from the top three health priorities for health improvement established during a Summit in September 2016. These priorities are Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Behavioral Health and Senior Support. 

The presentation will be held at the C. Burr Artz Library Community Room located at 110 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701.

  • From 5:00pm-5:20pm, the Behavioral Health and Senior work groups will be giving updates. This portion of the event is free and open to all who are interested, no registration required.
  • From 5:30pm-7:30pm, the ACEs work group will be hosting a Parent Café. This portion of the event is free but requires registration. Attendees should have at least one child from birth to 5 years old. Please register at https://bit.ly/2wAErzs or by calling 301-663-4231 by June 13th. The Parent Café includes a light dinner and childcare. Registration is limited to 32, so reserve your spot early!
