  3. Local Health Improvement Action Plans Update: ACEs Work Group Hosts Parent Café

    The Frederick County Health Care Coalition Board of Directors is hosting an evening presentation of the Local Health Improvement Action Plans on June 20, 2018 to present updates from the top three health priorities for health improvement established during a Summit in September 2016.
