This program provides education and outreach to Medical Assistance recipients to increase awareness of Medical Assistance Programs. It assists with care coordination, service access, complaint resolution, or other identified needs; works with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations to ensure enrollees receive covered services.
Health care coverage for income-qualifying children, pregnant women, and adults under 65 years. Medicaid enrollment. MCO enrollment. Assistance with verifications. Navigator assistance with QHP (Qualified Health Plans).
Active Medical Assistance (MA) clients who live in Frederick County and do not have access to public or personal transportation may be eligible to use MA shared ride transport services for non-emergency transportation to and from medical appointments.
