Join HEALTHY HEARTS* and keep doing the things you love!

  • This free 4-month program for adults with high blood pressure supports you in developing the habit of checking your blood pressure at home. Receive a free home blood pressure monitor, as needed.
  • The next class for Spanish speakers is enrolling now!  Attend an Orientation on either Feb 11 or Feb 18 (your choice) from 10:00-11:30am and the first class meets Feb 25. Classes meet every other week on Wednesdays 10:00-11:30am at Centro Hispano de Frederick (5 Willowdale Drive, Suite 18, Frederick, MD 21702). Registration is required- Call Carolina at 301-835-9050 (TTY: 711).
  • The next class for English speakers will be offered in February. More information coming soon! 
  • Guidance & support are provided by a trained lifestyle coach. Receive education on healthy food choices and other healthy habits that help lower blood pressure.
  • To learn more or enroll, complete the short Online Interest Form or call us at 301-600-3362. We will explain the program and answer any questions.
  • Language interpretation is available upon request.
