All Frederick County residents are entitled to free appointment with a registered nurse, while they are pregnant, preparing to give birth or post-partum.

Eligibility
To participate in the program you must be a Frederick County Resident. There are no financial requirements to participate in the program.
During the Appointment
Our nurse will meet with you to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your pregnancy, giving birth, and your infant.

- What to expect during your pregnancy
- How to prepare for your birthing experience
- Creating a birth plan
- Caring for your Infant
- Methods of feeding
- Safe sleep
- Caring for yourself postpartum
