COVID-19 UPDATES:

Effective today the Developmental Center has suspended all ITP home visits and services at the Developmental Center for two weeks starting March 16-March 27. During this time period ITP staff will be working on alternative ways to provide consultative services to families such as Facetime and phone conversations if desired. Families who have been scheduled for assessments in the upcoming two weeks will be contacted in regards to rescheduling.

Please be patient with us as this is uncharted waters and hiccups are to be expected. We apologize for the disruption in services but our intent to suspend services is to stop the spread of the COVID-19 Virus and return to providing in-home visits as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates and information as they become available.

The Frederick County Children’s Dental Clinic has suspended all dental services till further notice. We will still be available by phone to address any emergency needs. If your child is experiencing any pain or you have any dental concerns or questions please contact our office at 301-600-1041 to leave a message and a member of our dental staff will return your call as soon as possible. If you had a scheduled appointment between the dates of March 16th until at least May 29th; that appointment has been cancelled and the clinic will contact you to reschedule once we reopen.

The Audiology Program provides quality pediatric audiology services for:

Dental


The Dental Program provides pediatric dental care for uninsured and underinsured children under 18 years of age in Frederick County.

Infants & Toddlers Program


The Infants and Toddlers Program provides services and support for families of children birth through 36 months of age who have, or may have, developmental delays, disabilities or special health needs.

Respite


The Respite Program provides funding of respite services for children with special healthcare needs and their families.

School Based Services


The School Based Program provides Occupational and Physical Therapy to children enrolled in Frederick County Public Schools.
