Through the MD WIC app, participants can:

• View upcoming appointment details 
• View benefit balance and information 
• Scan a UPC (barcode) while shopping to see if an item is WIC-approved 
• Receive notifications for upcoming appointments and expiring benefits 
• Access clinic and grocery store information 
• Send documents to us securely 
• Complete online nutrition education appointments

To register, participants will need:

• Your active eWIC card 
• Your email address
• To pick a password 
• Cardholder birth date

Lost or damaged eWIC card

If your eWIC card is lost, stolen, or damaged, call eWIC Customer Service at 1-844-309-6097. Cards will be replaced by regular mail. You should receive your card in five to seven business days.
