As of 2019 the Smoke Free Coalition and Alcohol Prevention Initiative Coalition have combined efforts to form the Tobacco and Alcohol Coalition.
The Tobacco and Alcohol coalition works to improve the health and wellness of Frederick County residents through prevention strategies that reduce the harmful effects of tobacco and alcohol use.
Frederick County residents are an important part of the Frederick County Tobacco and Alcohol Coalition. The coalition meets at 3:00 pm on the first Thursday of every other month. The meetings are held at the Frederick County Health Department in the Auditorium.
The upcoming coalition meeting dates include: March 7, 2019, May 2, 2019, July 11, 2019 (tentative), September 5, 2019, and November 7, 2019.
