The Food Office will be hosting an outreach session for Food Truck Operators and Shared Kitchen Operators/Users on February 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Frederick County Health Department.
Agenda specifics are still being developed, but Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance Information will be discussed. Check back for more details and information.
Bring any questions you have regarding operating out of a shared kitchen space, starting or operating a mobile food business, or general food safety for staff to answer.
Please RSVP to FoodControl@frederickcountymd.gov by February 15, 2026 if you are planning to attend. This will help us prepare for an estimated number of attendees.
