Health & Dental Discount

Frederick County Government is able to share these programs with residents as a member of the National Association of Counties. Live Healthy allows residents to participate in the health and dental discount programs at a very low cost. Residents can participate in the health program, the dental program, or both. Each program costs $6.95 for an individual and $8.95 for a family per month, or $69 for an individual and $79 for a family per year. The discount programs are not insurance. Rather, they offer reduced costs for services and supplies.

These programs provide residents with immediate access to dental providers with no waiting periods.  Participants will save on average between 15% - 50% on most dental procedures from a national network of general dentists and specialists.

The health and dental discounts may be used by all county residents, regardless of age, income or existing health coverage.

Learn more and sign up for the low-cost health and dental benefits by visiting www.NACoHealth.org.
